Come Dine With Me

This piece is an immersive mixed media work that explores my relationship to the dining table as someone with autism, seeking to convey the overwhelm I often experience. A chair with the writing ‘Come Dine with Me’ on it invites the audience individually to complete the piece, whilst listening to audio of overlaid tracks of dining noises. The table falls towards the viewer, who is stared at intensely by the people at the end and even the fish on their plates.
