From Whose Mouth
Tallulah Luaghton
A sculpture constructed from insulation foam and scaffolding poles made to reference bodily and vitrine-like forms as well as the street. Embedded in the foam are various plaster encased found objects aiming to considering private, in-mouth interactions and the discourse they have with the public urban environment. This piece also explores the collision between ephemeral and permanent, how these transient body-object interactions can be immortalized through imagery of accretion and process.
