My FMP explores discomfort within identity through preformance installation & video. Using restrictive materials such as tape clingfilm and masks. I investigate bodily response exposure and the tension between public & private selves. Influenced by voyeurism and scopophobia (fear of being watched). My installations encourage the uncomfortable viewing and self-awareness, making audiences question their role as viewers whilst exploring discomfort, vulnerability and preformed identity.
