Sculpted Utility
Harrison Tincknell
In this project I examined the changing perceptions towards craft, and how processes that once created essential objects used daily are now seen as a luxury. The project looks at current hyper-functional archetypes and develops them to be something hand-built with intention. For my final piece, I made a jacket and running vest, garments that exemplified the focus on movement and adaption within the project, allowing for large amounts of customisation based on the context they are worn in.
